Guidelines and Instructions for MKU Ph.D. Online Entrance test (MPET-2026-27)
- Online exam will take place from 09.15 AM to 01:00 PM on 20th September 2026.
- Log in will open at sharp 09:15 AM.
- You are strictly urged to login only at the prescribed period.
- The paper will consist of 70 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Do remember that paper is divided in two sections.
- Section-I contains 35 multiple choice questions of research methodology which are compulsory for all students.
- Section-II contains 35 multiple choice questions which are stream/discipline specific, first choose your discipline and attempt all questions.
- Each question carry one mark.
- Be informed that there is no negative marking.
- Online test will be conducted in an online protected mode.
- Candidate can take the test from the safe and secure environment of his/her home.
- Make sure your internet connection is stable (Un-interrupted internet speed is desirable).
- Do not open any other apps/windows/tabs; close unnecessary programs, if anybody is caught doing so, it will be considered as a violation.
- No one else should be in the room during the exam time.
- Submit answers well before the deadline/time-up alert, to avoid last-minute technical failures.
